We are an active member of WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council) as well as being certified as woman-owned by this organization and by SOMWBA (State Office of Minority and Woman Business Assistance) of Massachusetts. Our policy of encouraging and assisting minority-owned and women-owned enterprises is a reflection of CSW’s commitment to diversity and the communities where we work and live. This commitment is emphasized by the highest levels of management and is communicated to all employees.
